Machinery and production for Metal Components: Hot, warm and cold forging process, State of the art machinery for refining(TiBAl), degassing, filtering(CFF) casting, extrusion, homogenizing, soaking, heating, trimming, CNC machining, welding, cutting, CBN grinding, Chrome plating, soft nitriding, induction hardening other machinery for quality and finishing.
b. Machinery and production for Non Metal Components: Plastic extrusion, Injection moulding, Rotational moulding, Injection blow moulding, Vacuum casting, Thermoforming & Vacuum forming, Compression moulding, cutting, trimmings, curing, other machinery for quality and finishing.
3. Quality testing and simulation will also be done by our company to provide the best quality components.

a. Shop floor Engineers: The core team that will handle end to end production. We will achieve our targets, maintain discipline, extreme cleanliness and professionalism with the help of our shop floor engineers. Raw material management, maintenance, production management and loading/unloading of products as well.

b. Plant Engineers: This team will focus on efficient operations, supervision of the shop floor engineers and continuous production as per the orders from the buyers.

c. Quality Engineers: Every batch of production will have certain quality control procedures as stated by the buyers and the GMP Standards. These will take place in our quality control laboratory.

d. Corporate Team: This team will handle all our paperwork from incoming of goods to outgoing of our products, book-keeping, other core paperwork for the ethical establishment of our firm in the national market, overseas market and governments.
