Infrastructure
After a collective work experience of more than 100 years, we bring our expertise in procurement, manufacturing, exporting, importing, distribution, retailing, storing, and moving of goods in various sectors allowing us to build trust and credibility with ours. Our existing businesses are as follows:
Alibaba Leather Company
A 33 year old venture which specializes in Equestrian good manufacturing and has conducted trade with multiple European countries, especially in Germany, Netherlands and Denmark.
Shree Laxmi Frozen Foods
A 2,18,000 square foot facility that processes and freezes 6 metric tons of peas per hour and is further stored in a frozen cold storage with a capacity of 3700 metric tons.
Shree Laxmi Cold Storage
A 90,000 square foot facility that processes and stores potatoes in a cold storage with a capacity of 9000 metric tons.
Sarojani Cold Storage
A 2,20,0000 square foot facility that processes and stores potatoes in a cold storage with a capacity of 17,500 metric tons.
Renuka Trading LLC
A family-run 30 year old enterprise based in Dubai, U.A.E. Primarily involved in Import-Export and trading of textile fabrics such as wool, polywool, spun polyester and many more.

A 35 year old business endeavor which operates Alcohol distributorship and retailing shops in states such as Uttar Pradesh, India.

Ethical Statement
Our company will be conscious of our responsibilities as a business, to our employees, customers, to the communities and environment in which we all live. To ensure our products, services, and interactions are trusted and dependable, we will set the highest possible ethical standards of behavior and conduct, and make sure we meet and exceed all legal requirements and obligations. Our behavior and conduct is subject to ongoing review so that, even as we adapt to continue to meet the needs and demands of our customers, our standards are maintained and upheld. This statement sets out the ethical standards to which the company, its employees, and our
extended supply chain are expected to conform in their dealings with customers, suppliers, colleagues, and the world at large. The ethical statement is directed at ensuring honesty and integrity in all areas of the company’s activities and specifically the following areas:
1. Hiring: When the company is seeking to hire a new employee, it will make the decision based solely on merit and the individual’s ability to do the job in question. Issues such as gender, age, ethnicity, physical handicap, marital status, and other issues that have no direct impact on the individual’s ability to do the job will be ignored.
2. Harassment: The company will not tolerate mental, physical, or sexual harassment of any kind. This includes bullying and unwanted sexual advances or sexual remarks. Complaints, official or otherwise, should be brought straight to a trusted supervisor/manager, or to the Managing Director.
3. Purchasing: The Company will do its best to meet the terms that it has agreed with its suppliers. It will check incoming goods, notify the supplier of any defective products, and will endeavor to pay invoices promptly. In return, it expects delivery times to be met and returns to be agreed on in a fair manner.
4. Supply Chain: Our suppliers will be expected to uphold the same high ethical standards as us, and our collaboration will be determined by their meeting legal and ethical requirements, including Modern Anti-Slavery, Anti-Bribery, and Conflict Minerals. Our customers should be assured that the products they purchase are not ethically compromised.
5. Customers: The Company believes that all employees are involved in customer service, including those with no direct contact with customers. The aim of the company is to satisfy the customer each time it makes contact, regardless of the reason, from order processing to dispatch, product returns to after sales service, or in providing advice. The Company will not attempt to deceive customers with false advertisements or claims about the quality of its products and services. It will not intentionally “hide” costs, always try to provide the best deal for the customer and be honest and fair in order to develop strong, lasting relationships.
6. Environment: The Company will show respect for the environment by complying with, or exceeding, the relevant laws and regulations. The company will also ensure that all waste materials are properly disposed of and, where possible, that recyclable
materials are reprocessed.
7. Government and Law: We will abide by the laws of India and other countries in which we operate for our export grade product, and pay all taxes as required by law. The Company and its employees will not knowingly engage in any illegal or underhand activities. It is the duty of all employees to ensure that the integrity of the Company is maintained in all circumstances.
Environmental Policies
In our company, we will be conscious of our environmental responsibilities, both within our company, in our local communities, and on a wider level. We seek to go beyond simply what is mandated by your company and expected by continually reviewing and evolving policies and practices to improve how we operate and minimize and mitigate our environmental impact. The principal objective of our environmental management system will be to minimize the environmental impact of our operations and prevent pollution at both local and global levels. We will work closely with your company’s sustainable initiatives to ensure that from the raw materials through to the finished product being delivered to our customers, we behave in a socially and environmentally responsible manner. We are committed to:
1. Developing our environmental management system in accordance with your company’s initiatives.
2. Complying with, and where possible exceeding, the terms of all environmental legislation for both specific geographic areas of operation, all your company’s and India’s legislation and directives.
3. Identifying, assessing, and minimizing any potential impact on the environment arising from our products., including the measuring, reporting, and mitigation of our carbon emissions in line with the Sustainability Initiatives.
4. Adopting appropriate measures to conserve energy within our facilities and transport fleet.
5. Applying the principles of the waste hierarchy to eliminate waste generated in the course of our business activities.
6. Ensuring that all employees, contractors, and working partners understand their environmental responsibilities and accountabilities.
7. Managing our operational environmental risks to prevent pollution.
8. Providing clear instructions and information and adequate training to ensure employees, contractors, and working partners under our control, are competent to do their work without causing environmental harm.
9. Working in a socially responsible manner, responding in a timely manner to environmental concerns raised by employees, stakeholders, contractors, and the local community.
